Our Programs
Overeating
Food is the number one addictive substance in the United States. Food
addiction happens to everyone: young, old, rich, poor, educated,
and uneducated. It’s the “legal” addiction. And
it’s always there, it never leaves us, and it doesn’t
judge us.
Like every other addiction, food is a choice. Eating is instinctual and necessary! But it is also a learned behavior. We can learn new behavior and make different choices.
At Middle Way Health you will learn how to:
- Realistically change your eating habits.
- Evaluate yourself non-judgmentally.
- Reduce cravings.
- Create a proven behavioral program. To fit your lifestyle.
- Involve your family and friends as a coaching and support team.
