Directions

Middle Way Health is located in midtown Sacramento, California, at 820 18th Street (on 18th between H and I Streets).

Be aware of street cleaning days when you cannot park on certain streets from 8 am to 12 noon. This is indicated on the parking signs.

From I-80 coming from Roseville:

1. Exit E Street
2. Follow 29th to I Street
3. Turn Right on I Street
4. Go eleven blocks to 18th Street and turn right

From South Sacramento:

1. Take Hwy99 to Business-80 (Capitol City Freeway)
2. Exit H Street, go left under the freeway
3. Turn left on 29th
4. Turn right on I Street
5. Go eleven blocks to 18th Street and turn right

From I-5:

1. Exit J Street
2. Follow J down to 18th Street
3. Turn left on 18th Street
4. Follow 18th aross I Street.
